Creaegis Investment Fund II (CIF-II, IN/AIF2/19-20/0702) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Creaegis Advisors LLP — a growth private equity firm founded in 2018 by Prakash Parthasarathy, former Founding Managing Partner & CIO of PremjiInvest. CIF-II is Creaegis's flagship growth equity fund targeting USD 500 million in commitments to invest in 10–15 companies across consumer, financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors in India, with average ticket sizes of USD 25–40 million per company. The fund achieved a final close of USD 425 million — the largest maiden fund close by a first-time fund manager in India at that time — with approximately half the corpus from domestic investors and IFC (International Finance Corporation, Washington DC) as a prominent LP with a USD 25 million commitment. The fund supports value creation through capital deployment and active management including digital transformation, mentorship, and institutionalisation. Portfolio companies include Medikabazaar (healthtech, USD 75M round), Zopper (insurtech, acquired by PhonePe), Kale Logistics Solutions (logistics SaaS), Onsurity (SME insurtech), Doceree (healthtech), and Haber (industrial AI). The firm's investment philosophy is centred on growth-stage private equity in India's digital economy — investing behind solid, resilient business models where digital transformation is creating efficiency and category leadership. Creaegis is sector-agnostic but focuses on areas where digital disruption is solving real inefficiencies: enterprise SaaS, healthtech, insurtech, fintech, and logistics. The firm differentiates through operational value-add — leveraging Prakash Parthasarathy's decade-plus experience at PremjiInvest across SaaS, consumer, and digital businesses — to help portfolio companies move from founder-led operations to institutional scale. Prakash Parthasarathy

Prakash Parthasarathy is the Founder, Managing Partner, and CIO of Creaegis, and the designated SEBI contact person for CIF-II and CIF-III. Prior to founding Creaegis in 2018, he was the Founding Managing Partner & CIO of PremjiInvest (2006–2018), the investment office for Azim Premji (Chairman, Wipro) and his Foundations, where he built and led the investment strategy across all asset classes in India, China, and the US. During his tenure at PremjiInvest he backed Lenskart, Myntra, and Amagi among others. Earlier, he was EVP at iGATE Global Solutions (and predecessor Quintant, acquired by iGATE), and a Principal & Senior Research Analyst at Montgomery Securities and Robertson Stephens (both acquired by Bank of America) in San Francisco, covering technology. He started his career at Peregrine Capital as Senior Research Analyst (India and Asia tech). He holds a PGDM from IIM Bangalore and a B.Tech in Computer Science from BITS Pilani. He currently serves on the boards of FabIndia and Manipal Global Education Ltd.
