Sam Ghosh is the Founder and Chairman of Cosmea Financial Holdings, the parent group of Cosmea Investment Management. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a Mechanical Engineer from London University. He founded the Cosmea Group (which also operates under the 'Torus' brand) with the aim of providing all financial services under a single roof. He has led Cosmea's expansion across capital markets, PMS, AIF, mutual funds, and insurance, and guided the group toward SEBI approval for a mutual fund in January 2025.

Nadia Daredia is the SEBI-designated contact person for the Cosmea Quantamental Cat III AIF Master Trust, handling AIF compliance and regulatory matters at Cosmea Investment Management Private Limited.

Over two decades of experience across investment management, wealth management, NBFCs and fintech in India and Asia-Pacific. Former CEO of Mirae Asset India where he launched and established the mutual fund business from inception. Served as Head of Asia Pacific Business for Mirae Asset Global. Associated with Fidelity International covering Japan, Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan and Singapore. Held senior leadership roles at Tata and Aditya Birla Group and serves as board member for multiple reputed corporates.
