Hemant Desai is the Promoter and Managing Director of Concept Investwell and manages the AI Dynamic and Elegant PMS strategies. He holds degrees in Economics and Business Management (Finance) and brings over 50 years of experience across banking, consultancy, real estate, and capital markets. He has served on boards such as ANMI and BSE Brokers Forum and completed executive programs including the ISB–Kellogg Global Advanced Management Development Programme.

Siddharth Mandalaywala manages the Legend and Marvel PMS strategies. He has 15+ years of experience in Indian capital markets and holds an MBA in Finance. His expertise includes fundamental research, macroeconomic analysis, and equity portfolio management.

Shaival Desai is an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, with over 14 years of business experience. He oversees FinTech initiatives, human resources, and digital marketing functions for the firm.

Jenish Rana has been with Concept since 2014 and has 9+ years of experience in capital markets. An MBA in Finance, he leads marketing and sales and focuses on PMS business development and servicing HNI and UHNI clients.

Sagar Desai oversees strategic initiatives, operations, and the AI Dynamic plan. He holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and is a CFA and CIPM charterholder. With over 15 years of experience across finance and IT, he has worked with global financial institutions, consulting firms, and asset managers.

Bhavesh Rana is an MBA in Finance with over 9 years of experience in capital markets. He focuses on business development for mutual funds and other investment products, especially for HNI and UHNI client segments.
