Ayush Vimal has over a decade of experience in financial services spanning investment banking, taxation and assurance. He previously worked in the Investment Banking division at Citi, advising global private equity funds and large corporates on acquisitions, divestments and IPOs, and was rated top of his batch. He has advised on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding USD 20 billion across telecom, infrastructure and consumer sectors. Earlier, he worked with PwC and Vimal & Seksaria. Ayush holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.

Vedant Bagry has more than a decade of experience across investment banking, broking and assurance. He previously worked in the Investment Banking division at J.P. Morgan, advising leading global private equity funds and corporates on acquisitions, divestments and IPOs, and was rated top of his batch. He has been involved in transactions aggregating over USD 12 billion across financial services and infrastructure sectors. He has also worked with Moelis and PwC. Vedant holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta, a B.Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and is a CFA Charterholder, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
