Clarity Prime Investment Opportunities Trust (IN/AIF2/25-26/2042) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (registered February 13, 2026) managed by Clarity Alternative Investment Advisors LLP — the AIF investment management arm of Clarity Capital, a Mumbai-based specialist investments firm with three business lines: real estate investment management, real estate advisory, and principal investments. Founded by Yash Suresh Ravel and Riddhi Yash Ravel (both designated partners of Clarity Capital Advisors LLP, LLPIN: AAP-8091, incorporated July 2019), the firm focuses on real estate investment opportunities, structured credit, and alternative investments.
