Hemant Patel is a founding partner and Chief Investment Officer at Alder Capital with over 22 years of capital market experience and more than 15 years in institutional equity research. He previously served as Executive Director – Consumer Equity Research at Axis Capital and was recognized by the Wall Street Journal as India’s top analyst for the home and personal care sector. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales.

M. Damodaran brings over four decades of experience in India’s financial sector across regulatory bodies, banking institutions and capital markets. He is the Founder and Chairperson of Excellence Enablers and has served as Chairman of SEBI, IDBI and UTI. He has held leadership roles including Chief Representative in India for ING and Chairman of ING Vysya Bank. An ex-IAS officer, he has played a key role in strengthening corporate governance frameworks in India and has led restructuring efforts at major financial institutions and public sector banks.

Sanjay Sinha is the Founder of Citrus Advisors and has over three decades of experience in asset management. He previously served as CEO of L&T Mutual Fund and Chief Investment Officer at SBI Mutual Fund. He began his career at UTI AMC, where he spent over 16 years managing equity funds that received industry recognition. During his tenure at SBI Funds Management, assets under management grew significantly and multiple performance awards were earned. He has managed the full spectrum of equity strategies and has also served on the Board of AMFI. He is an Honours Graduate in Economics from the University of Delhi and a postgraduate from IIM Calcutta.

Dheeraj Singh has over 30 years of experience in investment management, risk management and entrepreneurship. He has served as CIO overseeing fixed income and equity portfolios with assets exceeding USD 2 billion at leading asset management companies. He is also engaged in technology-driven initiatives including projects in the Web 3.0 space.

Pavan Tourani has approximately seven years of experience as an equity analyst and commodities trader. He has been part of equity research teams at UBS Asia and Crisil, and has worked with the investor relations team and Managing Director’s office at a listed Indian e-commerce company. He holds an MBA from NITIE.
