Cheekotel Private Limited (IN/AIF1/25-26/1931) is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund (registered October 2025), the successor venture fund vehicle of Cheekotel Capital — one of India's oldest domestic alternative investment groups, established in 2002 by Satish Mehta. Cheekotel Venture Fund was originally incorporated in 2002 to invest in technology-driven inflection points in large Indian consumer ecosystems. The group pioneered a strategic vision-based, government policy-aligned, patient capital approach generating high risk-adjusted returns. The fund is registered at NOIDA SEZ, Phase 1, Unit 8, Noida – 201305, which is the historic registered address of Cheekotel Venture Fund Private Limited. This 2025 Cat I AIF registration is the group's renewed and formalised venture capital vehicle under SEBI's current AIF regulations, following the 2016 Cheekotel Development Catalyst AIF (IN/AIF1/15-16/0211).

He is the founding director of Cheekotel Venture Fund Private Limited (since 2002), Cheekotel Development Catalyst Private Limited (since 2015), SCSI Venture Advisors Private Limited, KO Teleo Private Limited, and multiple other group entities. He is the SEBI contact person for Cheekotel Private Limited.
