Committed to Founders. Driven by Fundamentals.
CDM Capital Trust (IN/AIF1/22-23/1165) is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund registered in November 2022, managed by CDM Partners Advisors LLP — the investment management entity of CDM Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm founded by Davesh Manocha in 2022. The fund's first scheme is CDM Capital Fund 1, investing pre-seed to Series A in technology-driven startups across fintech, healthtech, and SaaS, with ticket sizes up to USD 1 million. The fund has backed companies including CredResolve (AI-driven collections platform), Kosh (neobank for blue-collar workers), Mylapay (payments infrastructure), BytePe (subscription-first consumer devices), and Atomgrid (specialty chemicals CDMO). The fund is headquartered at HD-106, WeWork Enam Sambhav, BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai 400051.
CDM Capital prioritizes fundamentals over fleeting trends, identifying and supporting businesses with strong foundations, clear market needs, scalable solutions, and robust customer bases. The firm backs founders with deep market insight, a clear strategic vision, and relentless drive — with a commitment to relationships that go beyond transactions. CDM invests across fintech, healthtech, and SaaS by mandate but is sector-agnostic in practice. The team and advisory board are all seasoned operators, providing hands-on support to founders through the most challenging early stages of company-building. CDM is flexible on lead vs. co-invest and typically targets early-stage rounds from pre-seed to Series A.
