Investment Philosophy

Casper Empower Fund is focused on deploying capital in complex credit and negotiated opportunities where structure, diligence, and active monitoring can meaningfully influence outcomes. The investment philosophy emphasises downside-aware structuring through collateral, covenants, and robust documentation; multi-instrument flexibility across equity, debt, and ARC security receipts; and an investment committee–led approval process with defined stages from sourcing through exit. The fund targets market dislocations — particularly non-performing and stressed credit situations — where complexity creates mispricing.
