With 6+ years across fund management, portfolio advisory, and equity research, he was previously Principal Officer at Swyom Advisors (AIF and PMS firm), where he led stock idea generation, portfolio construction, and fund compliance. His investment approach is anchored in 'Return on Growth' and 'Rate of Change' frameworks, targeting earnings inflection points with disciplined risk control.

Paras H Chedda is Co-Founder and Director of Caprize Investment Managers. With 20+ years in Indian financial markets, he previously worked at Edelweiss (as Associate Director, where he built one of the largest Professional Trading & Structuring desks) and Kotak. He has led sales efforts across wealth management and institutional verticals and served UHNI and market veteran clients.

Saarthak A Kothari is Co-Founder and Director of Caprize Investment Managers with 18+ years in Indian financial markets. He worked at Edelweiss (scaling the Professional Trading Desk and Family Office/Wealth team), Systematix, and Inventure, serving large family offices, corporates, and UHNIs across India.

Piyush Mehta is Director and CIO/Research Analyst at Caprize, and also serves as the Smallcase Fund Manager. With 16+ years in Indian equity markets, he previously worked at Nuvama, B&K Securities, Emkay, and Motilal Oswal, providing advisory to institutional investors, hedge funds, and UHNIs across North America, Europe, Singapore, and India. He holds a B.E. in Chemical Engineering and MMS in Finance from Mumbai University.
