The Group is a boutique financial services conglomerate founded by Dr. Sunil Kumar Manocha, headquartered at AarPee Centre, Andheri East, Mumbai. The Trust's first and currently only scheme is CapitalSquare Sampatti Samvardhan — a close-ended Category III AIF.
