Sri Laxminiwas Sharma is a founding partner of LnCo and the senior partner of Laxminiwas & Jain, Chartered Accountants. He has an illustrious career spanning over 5 decades from 1973. He was elected as Central Council Member of ICAI during 1985-1995 and was a past president of the FTAPCCI and AP Tax Bar Association. Featured among 102 influential people from Rajasthan in the Coffee Table Book 'Jewels of Rajasthan'. He is also Director in Babuji Estates Private Limited and NSL Textiles Limited.

Sri Harishchandra Prasad joined the Board of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd in 1994. He holds an MBA and MS. He is the Managing Director of Lakshmi Finance & Industrial Corporation Limited and is also a Director in several other public companies.

Smt. Dhanalakshmi Guntaka is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience. She is a Partner at D A Y & Associates, specializing in Audit Planning and execution for Retail and Manufacturing sectors, as well as Concurrent and Statutory Audits of Banks and Stock Audits. She also serves as Independent Director for Sigachi Industries Ltd, Arunjyoti Bio Ventures Ltd, and Trimax Bio Sciences Private Limited.

Sri Hari Narayan Rathi is a Science graduate and was twice unanimously elected as President of Hyderabad Stock Exchange (HSE). He has vast experience in the securities market. He acquired memberships with MCX & NCDEX and set up M/s B N Rathi Comtrade Pvt. Ltd. He is also Director in Mahesh Vidya Bhavan Limited.

Sri Chetan Rathi is an MBA-Finance graduate who joined the Board of B.N.Rathi Securities Ltd in 2010. He previously worked with Piramal Group of companies in Mumbai. He played an active role in automating Securities Payin & Payout processes. He founded M/s B N Rathi Industries Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary of BNRSL, and is also Director in B.N.Rathi Comtrade Private Limited.

Sri B. Lakshminarayana started his career with Corporation Bank as an officer in 1977. He headed Greater Mumbai and Hyderabad Zones, and held roles including Head of Inspection & Audit, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Integrated Treasury, Head of Planning & Development, and Head of Branch Expansion. He handled private placement of equity of Corporation Bank (27%) to LIC of India. He later served as CEO & CFO of Meliora Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd.
