Blu Network Advantage Fund (IN/AIF1/22-23/1149) is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund registered in October 2022, managed by 3F Ventures Investment Manager LLP — the AIF management entity of Blume Ventures, one of India's largest homegrown early-stage venture capital firms. Blume Ventures was co-founded in 2011 by Karthik Reddy and Sanjay Nath and has raised over USD 550 million across four funds, backing 200+ startups including Purplle, Unacademy, Slice, Exotel, Grey Orange, Turtlemint, Carbon Clean, Spinny, and Cashify. The Blu Network Advantage Fund operates as a co-investment or network fund vehicle within the Blume ecosystem, managed through the Constellation Blu infrastructure (Constellation Blu Management Consultants LLP and 3F Ventures Investment Manager LLP), both based at Byculla East, Mumbai. The designated partners of the manager LLP include Blume's five investment partners: Karthik Reddy, Sanjay Nath, Ashish Fafadia, Sajith Pai, and Arpit Agarwal.

Blume backs founders who are obsessed with solving hard, uniquely Indian problems that trigger fundamental changes in consumer behaviour and impact large markets. Blume is almost always the first institutional investor — bridging the gap between angel networks and larger global VCs with institutional rigour and angel speed. The firm favours ventures with a strong tech spine, B2B businesses, and capital-light models. It evaluates startups across three dimensions: Opportunity (40%), Team (40%), and Investability or probability of the next round (20%). Beyond capital, Blume's platform delivers hiring support, growth capital access, market development, operational best practices, and community — through services partners Aritra Partners (formerly Constellation Blu) and Passion Connect. Blume stays invested for 8–10 years and supports even less successful ventures well beyond conventional VC norms.
