Black Fox Innovative Investment Trust (IN/AIF2/15-16/0149) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund registered on May 15, 2015, managed by BlackFox Advisors Private Limited. The trust was constituted under Section 64 of the Indian Trust Act, 1882 and registered on November 5, 2014 by the Sub-Registrar, New Delhi (Trust Reg. No. 1246, Book No. 4, Vol. 93). Its first and primary scheme is BlackFox Reality Fund – I — a close-ended real estate focused fund with a target corpus of INR 100 crore (plus a INR 25 crore green shoe option) and a tenure of 3 years from final closing (extendable by up to 2 years). The fund targets capital appreciation through superior risk-adjusted returns over a shorter investment cycle in Indian real estate. Vistra ITCL (India) Limited acts as trustee and VSD & Associates as auditor. The fund is headquartered at M-55, 3rd Floor, M Block Market, Greater Kailash II, New Delhi 110048.
