Beyondseed Angel Fund I (IN/AIF1/24-25/1529) is a SEBI-registered Category I AIF (Angel Fund) managed by Beyondseed India Private Limited (CIN: U66190MH2023FTC415362), a Mumbai-based foreign company incorporated in December 2023. It is the India-based investment arm of BeyondSeed Venture Solutions, a Singapore-headquartered venture capital firm co-founded by Sipika Nigam (Co-founder & CEO – India) and Kuldeep Mirani. The fund focuses on early-stage Indian startups in the consumption and technology sectors, with a particular emphasis on under-funded founders and women-led businesses. BeyondSeed is backed by institutional capital from Singapore and has already made investments in Indian startups including Nestroots (home decor D2C), with Beyond Seed Singapore as lead investor. The fund is based at Palm Spring Centre, Malad West, Mumbai, and targets Pre-Seed to Seed stage companies across India.

Sipika Nigam is Co-Founder and CEO (India) of BeyondSeed and a Director of Beyondseed India Private Limited (appointed December 2023). She is a Venture Capitalist with extensive experience in early-stage investing and impact finance. She previously served as Principal of Investments at Artha Venture Fund, where she led investments in RevOps, construction tech, HR tech, D2C, and logistics. Before that, she managed assets worth over USD 1.5 billion at Incofin Investment Management and contributed to the Yunus Social Business Fund Bengaluru. She has also been Entrepreneur in Residence at Milaap (P2P lending platform) and has a background in microfinance through Grama Vidiyal Microfinance (now IDFC Bharat). She is a published author and panelist on investment strategies and entrepreneurial ecosystems, and is active with the Women in Investing Network.
