Bajaj Investment Trust- III is a Category III Alternative Investment Fund settled as an irrevocable, contributory and determinate trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, registered with SEBI on December 13, 2023. The fund is managed by JSPL Investment Managers Private Limited (JIMPL, CIN: U66309MH2023PTC403078, GST: 27AAGCJ0104K1ZT), a company incorporated specifically to act as investment manager and provide investment management and administrative services to the Bajaj family's AIF vehicles. JSPL Investment Managers is wholly owned by and operates within the Bajaj Group — the iconic Indian conglomerate founded by Jamnalal Bajaj in 1926 and today spanning automobiles (Bajaj Auto), financial services (Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Finance), insurance (Bajaj Allianz), electricals (Bajaj Electricals), and steel (Mukand). The fund is sponsored collectively by five members of the Bajaj family — Shekhar Bajaj, Madhur Bajaj, Niraj Bajaj, Rajiv Bajaj, and Sanjiv Bajaj. Trustees are Mr. Shekhar Bajaj and Mr. V. Rajagopalan. The fund's registered office is at Bajaj Bhawan, 2nd Floor, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, 226, Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400021.
