Mr. Anuj Badjate has been spearheading the Badjate Group for over 25 years, growing the organization from 3 employees to more than 450 today. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded to multiple states and launched its own PMS strategies — the Badjate Multicap Fund (2021) and the Badjate Growth Fund (2025). He is known for his painstaking fundamental research approach, client accessibility, and the culture of transparency he has built within the organization.

Mr. Mangesh Narnaware serves as Vice-President of Research and Associate Fund Manager at Badjate Group. He plays a key role in driving the firm's research-backed investment approach, contributing to both equity research coverage and portfolio management for the firm's PMS strategies.

Prof. Sir Shantilal Badjate founded the Badjate Group in 1965. He was a pioneer in bringing equity investments to Central India, starting with just 10–12 investors in Nagpur. With deep expertise in analysing balance sheets, corporate results, and macroeconomic scenarios, he educated investors on wealth creation through stocks and introduced equity as a preferred investment avenue in the region. His dedication, honesty, and hard work laid the foundation for what has grown into one of Nagpur's most respected financial services groups.

Mr. Tushar Badjate serves as Director and Compliance Officer at Badjate Stock & Shares Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for regulatory compliance and oversight across the firm's broking and PMS operations. He is an alumnus of IE Business School.

Mr. Kishor Joshi serves as Chief Accounting Officer at Badjate Stock & Shares Pvt. Ltd., overseeing the firm's financial and accounting operations.

Mr. Bhavin Patel is a Research Analyst in the Badjate PMS team, responsible for equity research and investment analysis supporting the firm's portfolio management strategies.

Mr. Suchit Thakre is an Operations Executive in the Badjate PMS team, handling client servicing and operational processes for the firm's portfolio management services.

Mr. Vineet Kashyap is an Operations Executive in the Badjate PMS team, supporting the day-to-day operational functions of the portfolio management services division.

Mrs. Madhuri Thakur is an Operations Executive in the Badjate PMS team, responsible for client operations and back-office support within the portfolio management services business.
