Axis Capital Alternative Fund – Category II (IN/AIF2/22-23/1199) is a SEBI-registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund managed by Axis Capital Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axis Bank and one of India's leading full-service investment banks. Registered with SEBI in January 2023, the fund operates under the Private Fund Raising vertical of Axis Capital's investment banking platform. Axis Capital has a rich institutional heritage tracing back to ENAM Securities (founded 1984), which was acquired by Axis Bank in 2012 and rebranded as Axis Capital.
