AVERRA ASSET MANAGERS LLP-LONG TERM GROWTH AT FAIR VALUE

Aarsh Desai is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Averra Asset Managers. Prior to establishing the firm, Aarsh served as Vice President – Investments at Duro Capital, a Singapore-based Foreign Institutional Investor. He began his career at Vallum Capital, a Mumbai-based Portfolio Management firm. With close to a decade of experience in equity investing, Aarsh brings a disciplined research-driven approach to long-term value creation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, is a Chartered Accountant, and has also pursued the CFA program.

Ashwini Bhuta is the Chief Operating Officer at Averra Asset Managers LLP. With experience spanning leading investment and portfolio management institutions, Ashwini drives the firm’s operational strategy, compliance governance, investment and execution efficiency. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a specialization in Economics and Statistics, along with advanced studies in Global Financial Markets. Before joining Averra, Ashwini was associated with Aura Investments, where she contributed to strengthening research processes and enhancing investor delivery mechanisms across portfolio platforms.

Shabad Bijul is an Investment Analyst at Averra Asset Managers, contributing to the firm’s investment research and portfolio management efforts. He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Bath and a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University Dubai, and is an ACCA affiliate. Before joining Averra, Shabad worked at Acuité Ratings & Research as a Credit Rating Analyst, evaluating BFSI and NBFC entities. He brings a rigorous, research-driven approach to equity investing.

Tanvi Sawant serves as the Compliance Officer at Averra Asset Managers, where she oversees regulatory adherence and operational governance. Before joining Averra, she worked with The Investment Trust of India, managing compliance and operations for its PMS and Category II AIF. Tanvi began her professional journey with Blue-chip Corporate Investment Pvt. Ltd., where she advised clients in the mutual fund ecosystem. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has cleared Level 1 of the U.S. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) program.
