The Artha Continuum Fund (ACF) is a SEBI-registered Category 1 Angel Fund and family-office-focused syndicate fund managed by Artha Venture Partners — India's first microVC fundhouse. ACF aggregates investments from family offices globally into early-growth ventures, bridging the gap between early and growth stages. The fund primarily invests up to ₹10 crores in Series A and later rounds, as well as bridge rounds, targeting companies with proven revenue traction, scalable unit economics, and a clear path to profitability. As of latest disclosures, ACF has made 27 investments across 27 rounds, created ₹266 crores+ in valuation, achieved a TVPI of 3.58x, and has a fund size of ₹70.44 crores.
ACF is designed to leverage the collective strength of family offices, enabling them to participate in syndicate investments carefully selected for their potential to scale and deliver strong returns. The fund focuses on companies with strong unit economics, a clear path to market leadership, and scalable business models. Investment themes span B2B SaaS, FinTech, DeepTech, SpaceTech, EdTech, HRTech, and consumer sectors. Geographic coverage includes India, Africa, the United States, Europe, MENA, and Southeast Asia.
Anirudh Damani

Anirudh A Damani founded Artha Group inspired by Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group model of entrepreneurship, sustainability, and growth. He chose early-stage investing and renewable energy as the group's focus areas. He oversees all group activity, is primarily responsible for maintaining corporate culture and ethics, and serves as the group's spokesperson. He also serves as General Partner for the early-stage VC fund out of the Artha stable.
Sanjay Gandhi

Sanjay Gandhi brings significant experience in law, compliance, finance, and investments. He served as Head of Compliance at Artha India Holdings Private Limited until January 2026. Prior to joining AVF, he worked as an Associate Vice President with US-based ALCOR Fund, and with Melbourne-based MAP Capital Advisors Pty Ltd. He holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Melbourne.

Sandesha Jaitapkar has worked in Office Management & HR for over eight years. She has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and expertise in organizing schedules and creating optimal internal operational systems. She has worked for brands including Parthenon-EY and ITC Ltd in Management. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
Jashank Pohani
Head – Family Office Relationships
Jashank Pohani, CFA, holds a CFA Charter and has also pursued CA from ICAI. With over 7 years of experience in Wealth Management and Management Consultancy, he has advised Family Offices in India and the Middle East on Indian investments and helped set up a multi-family office in Dubai. He manages Investor Relations for Artha, with expertise in financial analysis, investment management, and risk assessment.
