Long-Term Owner’s Approach
Arth Portfolio Management Private Limited follows a long-term owner's approach, investing in strong businesses at reasonable prices while using market volatility as an advantage. The firm operates a single PMS scheme across large, mid, and small cap categories and emphasizes alignment of interest through performance-based fees. The founder has invested almost all personal financial assets alongside clients. Stocks are held in the client’s own demat account, supported by a reliable ecosystem including reputed custodians, bankers, brokers, and fund accounting systems.
We view buying shares as buying part-ownership in a business. We approach investments as if acquiring the entire business and retaining management. We focus on long-term fundamentals rather than short-term price movements. Volatility is welcomed as it presents opportunities. The firm invests conservatively with a margin of safety, exercises patience and discipline, and focuses on exceptional opportunities while maintaining vigilance towards risk.
