Prior to joining Arka, he was associated with the Tata Group for over 18 years, most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Tata Motors Finance from 2020. He has deep expertise in scaling diversified secured loan portfolios, corporate lending books, wholesale and retail businesses, credit and risk management, technology-driven innovation, and delinquency management. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Anand is known for strong governance standards, relationship-building capabilities, and a flexible, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
George Verghese

Mr. George Verghese, aged 44 years, is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience across manufacturing, IT-enabled services, and telecom. He completed his Master’s in Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and holds an engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Munnar. He has held leadership roles within the Kirloskar Group, including Vice President - Group HR, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief of Staff at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited. He has driven HR transformation, succession planning, business restructuring, and strategic initiatives contributing to growth and enhanced shareholder returns.
Atit Shah

Atit Shah is associated with Arka Fincap Limited as Chief Risk Officer, managing enterprise risks across credit, market, and operational domains. With nearly two decades of experience in the BFSI sector, he has expertise in portfolio management, early warning systems, policy drafting, retail and SME lending, NBFC funding, and structured risk administration. He has previously worked with Barclays Bank, Indiabulls, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, and JM Financial. He is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and holds an MBA in Finance.

Rupali Maini oversees regulatory compliance for the Arka Credit Fund. With over four years of experience, she specializes in implementing compliance frameworks, overseeing secretarial functions, and ensuring regulatory adherence for group companies, LLPs, and SEBI-licensed entities. Previously at Alpha Alternatives, she led compliance initiatives for high-value debt-listed NBFC entities. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
