Ashwini Kakkar has been an Independent Director on the Ambit Board since 2005 and was appointed Chairman in April 2013. He has worked in many global companies including Otis Elevator Company, Philips India Ltd., International General Electric India Ltd and subsequently, Thomas Cook India Ltd. At Thomas Cook, he was not only managing the Indian Company but also handling operations in the region from Singapore to Egypt and was inducted as a Director on their worldwide Board. In 2006-07, he turned entrepreneur and is now involved in Mercury Travels Ltd., Mercury Himalayan Exploration, Via.Com, Explore Broadcasting Ltd. and Akshay Software Pvt. Ltd. A distinguished member of the Institute of Directors, London, Mr. Kakkar was conferred the 'Chevalier De L'Ordre Merite' by the French Government in 2007. It is the equivalent of the Padma Vibhushan in India. Mr. Kakkar has been on the boards of various French organizations including the Global board of the Insead Alumni Association, Atout France, Europassistance and is currently on the Global Board of Action Against Hunger (Action Contre La Faim), which is headquartered in Paris. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology at Kurukshetra, an MBA from Insead, France, and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Kolkata.

Dhipu Pillai is Group President at Ambit and is associated with the firm's alternative investment platform. He has extensive experience across financial services, including wealth management, asset management, and institutional businesses.

Nitin Bhasin leads the Institutional Equities business at Ambit, driving growth through a commitment to integrity, ideas and initiatives. He is dedicated to delivering impactful solutions for key stakeholders, including institutional investors, corporates and talent. Nitin collaborates closely with the research team to enhance Ambit's differentiated offerings in market strategy and iconoclastic accounting & ESG research. As a member of Ambit's Executive Committee (ExCom), he is committed to establishing Ambit as one of India's most respected and trusted financial services franchises. Nitin has over two decades of experience, and has worked as an equity analyst covering multiple sectors at renowned firms like Execution Noble, Kotak Institutional Equities, Emkay Global and Way2Wealth. A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), Nitin also holds a Master's degree in Accounts, Statistics and Financial Management from Kurukshetra University.

Saurabh Mukherjea is the Founder and CIO of Ambit Asset Management and a well-known investor and author. He has played a key role in shaping Ambit’s investment philosophy and equity strategies.

Ketan Chaurasia is the Co-Head of Equity Cash and Derivatives Sales Trading at Ambit Capital, where he leads efforts to strengthen the firm's trading strategies, client relationships, and execution capabilities. He focuses on delivering impactful solutions to institutional investors while expanding Ambit's presence across cash and derivatives markets. With over 15 years of experience, Ketan has built a strong track record across trading, investment advisory, and institutional sales. Prior to Ambit, he managed proprietary trading of interest rate and currency derivatives at Reliance Industries and handled balance sheet hedging through derivative products at IDBI Bank. A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Ketan brings deep expertise in financial markets, equity investments, and trading strategies. Based in Mumbai, he combines strong technical skills with market insight and is passionate about building relationships with market participants and supporting Ambit Capital's vision of being a trusted financial services franchise.

Vikas Gandhi has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He has been with Ambit since 2013, prior to which, he has worked with MF Global India Limited, Phillip Capital India Private Limited and India Securities Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by training.

Manish is the Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at Ambit Capital Private Limited. Before joining Ambit, he worked with Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Broking Limited, National Securities Depository Limited, India Infoline Limited, and HDFC Securities Limited. He has 14 years of experience in global wealth management and institutional broking. He holds a Company Secretary degree, an MBA from Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Amaravati University.
