Hemant Patel is the founding partner and CIO at Alder Capital with over 23 years of experience in institutional equity research. He previously served as Executive Director – Consumer Equity Research at Axis Capital (formerly Enam Securities). He has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal as India's top analyst for the home and personal care sector and has received multiple Reuters StarMine awards for consumer staples research.

Swati Gaikwad leads finance, operations, and compliance functions at Alder Capital. She has experience in audit, taxation, and accounts, and plays a key role in organizational process optimization and regulatory oversight. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
