Alok Agarwal has over 22 years of experience specializing in equity fund management. He joined Alchemy in 2022 after leading flagship funds and the offshore equity desk at PGIM India AMC. He has worked with Deutsche Asset Management, KR Choksey Securities, Tata Group and Pinnacle Academy. He holds CA, CFA and CMT certifications along with a Master’s in Commerce and Finance.

Himani Shah has over 20 years of experience in institutional equity research and sales. She has worked with Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Anand Rathi and SBI Capital Securities. She is a Chartered Accountant and CFA Charter holder.

Mythili Balakrishnan has over 22 years of experience in equity research and fund management. She has worked with New Mark Capital, Motilal Oswal AMC, Avendus PE and JP Morgan. She holds a B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering and a diploma in management from IIM Ahmedabad. She is a CFA charter holder.

Deven Ved has over 17 years of experience in financial programming, modelling and consulting. He has worked with HDFC Ergo, Bharti AXA, Tata AIA Life and Deloitte Consulting. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

Hiren Ved, an equity market veteran, serves as the Director and CIO at Alchemy Capital Management where he has been leading the firm’s Asset Management business. With over 30 years of experience in the Indian equities market, Hiren has developed a sustainable long-term investment philosophy based on fundamental research. He is known for his deep sector knowledge, bottom-up research skills and stock picking abilities. He holds a graduate degree in Accounting from Mumbai University and a post-graduation in Management & Cost Accounting from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Mr. Neeraj Roy is a Commerce Graduate and has a Masters degree in Management. Neeraj founded and leads a vibrant team that is a part of the Hungama group in India, one of Asia’s largest Digital Media Entertainment conglomerates. He is also the Chairman Emeritus of the Asia Board of the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF). He has been associated with MEF for more than 5 years now.

Mr. Rajiv Agarwal works for RaRe Enterprises, the investment firm of Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, where he is responsible for investing, managing and monitoring the firm's Private Equity investments. Rajiv has experience across Consumer, Education, Media, Financial Services and Oil Drilling sectors. He joined Rare Enterprises in 2006 after 12 years at Accenture in Strategy & Operations Consulting. He serves on boards of several listed and unlisted companies. He is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Benares Hindu University.

Pooja Keswani joined Alchemy in 2009 and has been an integral part of Alchemy’s leadership team as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for over 15 years. She is a Chartered Accountant and has over three decades of experience across FMCG, KPO and Financial Services. Prior to joining Alchemy, she held key roles at Procter & Gamble, Willis Insurance Brokers KPO and Motilal Oswal.

Mr. Sameer Tirani is a senior banker with over two decades of experience in wealth management and asset businesses. Prior to joining Alchemy in 2009, he worked with Citibank, Standard Chartered, ABN Amro and Motilal Oswal.

Mr. Mohit Bhagat has over 15 years of experience in wealth management and asset management channel distribution. An alumnus of IIM Calcutta, he has worked with ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential AMC and Franklin Templeton AMC.

Anis Bohra has nearly 18 years of experience in fund structuring, fund operations and investment management setup across offshore hedge funds and Indian AIFs. He joined Alchemy in 2010 after working at Morgan Stanley Fund Services. He holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance.
