Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Rohit Bhat has over 16 years of experience across public markets, venture capital, private equity and management consulting. Prior to founding Airavat Capital, he was a Vice President at Sequoia Capital India and previously worked with Brandes Partners, Temasek Holdings and McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a B.Tech from IIT Madras.
Suraj Subramaniam
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Suraj Subramaniam has over 15 years of experience in public markets, private equity and investment banking across India and the Asia-Pacific region. Before founding Airavat Capital, he was an Associate Director at Temasek Holdings and earlier worked with Arcapita and Citigroup’s investment banking team in Singapore and Hong Kong. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a B.Sc. in Economics from Singapore Management University.
Ashutosh Desai

Ashutosh Desai has 9 years of experience across hedge funds, mutual funds, sell-side equity research and law. Previously he worked at Evalueserve and Reliance Capital. He holds an MBA from KJ Somaiya and a BE from Pune University.
Jeevitha R
Associate Vice President, Finance
Jeevitha R is a Chartered Accountant with more than seven years of experience in accounting and auditing for private equity and hedge funds. Prior to Airavat, she worked at Eton providing fund accounting services to single and multi-family offices in the US and Canada and earlier worked at Deloitte and BDO as a statutory auditor of US PE funds.
Sanjeev Bikhchandani

Sanjeev Bikhchandani is the Founder and Vice Chairman of Info Edge, which operates Naukri.com, 99acres.com, Jeevansathi.com and Shiksha.com. Info Edge has also invested in companies such as Zomato and Policybazaar. He has served as President of the Delhi chapter of TiE and is a founding trustee of Ashoka University, and received the Padma Shri in 2020.
