The company acts as the Investment Manager to SEBI registered Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). Its first AIF scheme, 'A K Securitization & Credit Opportunities Fund II', focuses on fixed income investments with a target corpus of INR 400 Crores including greenshoe option.

Capital Services Ltd in 1993 which later became a SEBI registered Category I Merchant Banker. Recognized the potential of debt markets and helped build India's corporate bond ecosystem.

Director

Chartered Accountant with nearly a decade of experience with A.K. Group. Works on strategy development and team building to support the vision of creating a liquid, transparent and vibrant domestic corporate bond market in India.

Ashish Agarwal

Director

Debt market veteran with more than 30 years of experience in fixed income markets. Played a key role in the evolution of India's corporate bond market and structured several innovative instruments including perpetual bonds, subordinated bonds, tax-free bonds, green bonds and buy-back structures.

Vikas Jain

Director

Chartered Accountant who has been with A.K. Capital since its inception. Has handled placements with retirement funds, venture capital structuring and fundraising, and currently manages advisory and business development for private sector companies seeking debt resources.
