5 Rivers Capital Trust I (SEBI Reg. IN/AIF2/24-25/1652) is a Category II AIF registered in December 2024 and managed by 5 Rivers Management Advisory LLP (LLPIN: ABD-0871), a Mumbai-based advisory firm incorporated on 16 February 2023. The LLP is registered at Flat C-1103, Floor 11, Ashok Garden Tower 1, Tokersey Jivraj Road, Swan Mill Compound, Sewri, Mumbai 400015 — the same address as the SEBI registration. The firm's designated partners are Deepto Roy and Rishab Gupta, both appointed at the time of incorporation.
